It provides excellent adhesion to most common non-porous building materials, creating a durable, waterproof and permanently flexible seal for both trade and domestic use.

Applications:

General Sealing: Ideal for sealing joints, gaps and general construction applications.
Windows & Doors: Seals around window and door frames to reduce draughts and fill gaps.
Bathrooms & Kitchens: Suitable for sealing around sinks, baths, showers, worktops and plumbing fixtures.
Glazing: Ideal for glass, porcelain, ceramics and other non-porous surfaces.

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and old sealant.
Application: Cut the nozzle to the required bead size, fit into a sealant gun and apply evenly. Tool the seal before a skin forms.
Curing: Allow the sealant to cure fully before exposing it to heavy use or moisture.
