We aim to deliver next day for all trade customers. Some items may take three to five days.
For pay as you go customers all orders are processed and dispatched within 24hr of cleared payment excluding weekend and bank holidays. Items will be packed and dispatched same day if payment is received before 12pm (cut off time). The estimated delivery will be next working day or 3 to 5 days for selected items. We supply and ship only within the United Kingdom.
What Does This Mean?
Next Working Day Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver your order next working day before 4pm by our van or APC Overnight. Delivery address have to be within our standard delivery area and your payment has cleared by the cut off period.
3-5 Working Day Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver your order in 3 to 5 working days with MyHermes. Delivery address have to be within our standard delivery area and your payment has cleared by the cut off period.
Cut off Time Examples:
The ‘Next Working Day Delivery’ cut off time is 12pm so if an order is placed before 12pm on Monday you will receive your order on Tuesday before 4pm. If the order is placed after 12pm the order will be delivered on Wednesday.
The ‘3-5 Working Day’ cut off time is 12pm so if an order is placed before 12pm on Monday you will receive your order on Thursday-Friday. If the order is placed after 12pm the order could be delivered on Saturday-Monday the following week.
Working Days Explained:
Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (excluding any bank or national holidays) Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank or national holiday cannot be processed until the first working day after that and therefore will be treated as if ordered on that day. For example, an order placed on Saturday is treated as if it was ordered on Monday (unless Monday is a bank or national holiday) at 8 am.
Additional Delivery Notes:
*At the moment all bulk/pallet deliveries (baths/worktops/sheet materials/kitchen units/pipes/flooring/white goods) are only delivered within London. All supplies, small or medium sizes that will fit any size box are delivered nationwide on next day express delivery or 3-5 day currier.
Should we have issues with stock or delivery area we will aim to advise within 24 hours by phone or email. We will offer an alternative or full refund.
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard working hours 8 am to 5 pm. On occasions deliveries will be made earlier than this, should it be an issue please contact the office. Weekend deliveries can be organised by request and subject to an additional delivery charge. Due to the number of products, we sell not all orders will turn up on the same vehicle if this is an issue please notify us in advance.
Delivery Times - Due to the size and volume of the type of products we sell we are unable to guarantee delivery times. We will request drivers to call in advance, this will be a request and not a guarantee of calling.
Orders under £99 (excluding vat) are subject to the following charges;
- · Up to 20kg next day before 4pm delivery £14, with additional £3 per kilogram after that.
- · Up to 1-2kg at £4.20, 2-5kg at £5.99 & 5-10kg at £6.99. Anything above 10kg we recommend option one up to 20kg at £14.
A mobile or landline number must be provided at a delivery point.
Delivery Address - Drop off point is the nearest accessible roadside to the delivery address provided.
Taking Delivery - You must ensure the address has someone there to accept delivery and assist the driver with bulky and difficult items such as plasterboard/baths/appliances. Etc.
Any shortages must be reported within 7 days and claims outside this period will be voided.
We except the returns within 30 days of purchase date with a full refund subject to the following conditions;
- · Item was not used.
- · Item in mint and resalable condition.
- · The buyer is responsible for the cost of return or cost will be deducted.
Please note the original order number or invoice must be supplied with every returns request.
Please check the order properly on delivery, and sign the delivery note if satisfied with the condition. If not happy with the delivery please refuse to collect so the order could be returned to the warehouse for exchange or refund.
If an item was damaged upon opening or found to be faulty after initial use please contact us through contact page or email with details and supporting photographs.
Please note, we are unable to cancel or exchange special order products or clearance items.
If you have purchased white goods, we will cover any physical damages for up to 30 days, and it's encouraged to register the appliance with the manufacturer for the s manufacturer’s warranty.
Manufacturers will supply a warranty in addition to your rights under the Sales of Order Act. In most cases you’ll receive a 1-year warranty covering all parts and labour. The unit must be used in compliance set out by the manufacturer in the instruction book.
Any returns that are unauthorised or do not contain the official paperwork will be refused and returned to the customer.
